All our stoves are made in our foundry from freshly mined iron ore which is far superior and much more crack resistant than the re-melted scrap which is the construction material of most stoves on the market. Some of the most expensive brands are made from re-melted scrap therefore price is no guarantee of quality. All our stoves have been tested and passed to conform with current British & European Safety Standard BSEN13240.
